At eye level on the wall the recipe works. From above it does not.
Drawn for this set
This mount is drawn for set 42205 and for nothing else. Not a universal clamp that roughly fits around it, but a carrier that grips the Technic structure inside the model — where the set gets its strength from.
Putting it up
Light class. Two screws will do. Use a cavity plug in plasterboard, an ordinary 6 mm plug in brick or concrete.
Screws and plugs are not included, and that is deliberate: every wall needs different fixings. Not sure what yours needs? Send us a message, that is quicker than the wrong plug.
Worth knowing
The LEGO® Technic Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 42205 set is not included. You are buying the wall mount; the model in the photos is only there to show how it hangs.
