This is an English translation of our Dutch terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Mist Prints web shop.

By placing an order the customer accepts these terms.

Article 3 – Product description

All Mist Prints products are 3D-printed products made to order.

Slightly visible print layers, minimal irregularities or small variations in finish are inherent to the 3D printing process and are considered normal product characteristics.

Colour reproduction in photos may differ from the actual product.

These characteristics are no grounds for a return, a complaint or compensation.

Article 4 – Use and mounting

The products are intended for decorative indoor use only.

Direct sunlight should be avoided in order to preserve colour and material.

Fixing materials (such as screws or wall plugs) are not supplied.

The customer is responsible for using fixing materials suited to the construction of the wall.

Incorrect mounting, improper use or excessive loading is entirely at the customer's own risk.

For questions about mounting, the customer may contact Mist Prints for support.

Article 5 – Suitability and load

Products are suitable only for the model stated in the product description.

Use for other models or applications is not permitted.

Overloading or use outside the stated application falls outside any liability of Mist Prints.

Mist Prints is not liable for damage to models, walls or other property resulting from improper use or mounting.

Article 6 – Prices and obvious errors

All prices include VAT.

Obvious errors, mistakes or technical faults in prices or product information are not binding on Mist Prints.

Mist Prints reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of an evident pricing error.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is made in advance by iDEAL through the Shopify payment system.
An order goes into production only after payment has succeeded.

Article 8 – Liability

Mist Prints is liable only for direct damage resulting from demonstrable manufacturing faults.

Liability is at all times limited to no more than the purchase price of the product concerned.

Mist Prints is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage caused by improper use or mounting.

Article 9 – Intellectual property

All designs, models, images, product photos and texts of Mist Prints are protected by intellectual property rights.

Copying, reproducing, imitating or commercially using the designs without written permission is not permitted.

Using product photos or texts without permission from Mist Prints is not permitted.

Mist Prints holds the rights and licences required to make and sell the models offered.

Article 10 – Independence from trademark holders

Mist Prints is an independent supplier of 3D-printed accessories.
Products are compatible with the models named in the product description, but they are not official products and are not affiliated with, approved by or sponsored by any trademark holder.
