I am looking for a mount for my set
Type the set number into the search bar at the top. If there is no result, send us the number — then we know there is demand for it.
What does shipping cost?
€ 4.95, and free from € 30. One premium mount gets you close already.
I do not know which wall plugs I need
Tell us what kind of wall you have (plasterboard, concrete, brick or wood) and which set it is for. Then we will tell you what fits.
My order has not arrived yet
Send us your order number. We will find out where the parcel is and chase it up if that is needed.
Something is missing or broken
A photo and your order number are enough. We print ourselves, so a replacement part takes days, not weeks.
